Absolutely fantastic communication and lightning fast payment.I sent the retention document of with the relevant paperwork 1st class recorded delivery on the Tuesday. payment was received on Thursday the same week. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone contemplating selling their cherished number.

Straightforward process, call handler was efficient and knowledgeable. Plates came quickly and although there was a little error they replaced within 48 hours. Very impressed and would use again.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Buying a personal plate from National Numbers was quick, easy and fun. Everything happened as it should, the number plates were actually delivered the following day! I spoke to staff on two occasions and they were polite, helpful and courteous. I would recommend to friends and family.
