From start to finish I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff I dealt with, particularly Martin, who helped so much. I am delighted with my new number plate and it looks really great on the car. Thank you.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
