I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.
