Clear explanation of the process, reminders given when appropriate and fair estimate of what the cost of my target number plate would be. Can't really fins any area that could be improved.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Have purchased 2 plates in the past month and a half from here, it?s been so fast and straight forward. Liam has been really helpful with explaining things to me which I had vague understanding on, and had him deal with both my plates. Excellent :)
