From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.
