I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. Last minute present for my husband , was easy to do and very quickly recieved, only thing was that the plates were for a motorbike and I recieved car plates but a quick call and the bike plates were delivered next day .

One week it took very surprised good people To deal with easy to understand on phone no language barriers dvla was fast 10/10 cheers Mr reeeve

Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.
