I recently bought a rare sports-racing GT that had never been road registered, so suggested some appropriate numbers to N. N. They found my first choice, organised its entry into the DVLA Auction, attended the event and maintained open phone contact with me during the proceedings. Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
