I paid for a new plate on Friday and had the documents on Wednesday. I can't BG believe how quick and simple it was

I was very well looked after by a man called Liam, excellent service, number plates arrived within 2 days as promised and paperwork within 5 days as promised, explained everything and said to phone back if any problems sorting out paperwork - excellent service.

Pleased with the outcome as National Numbers negotiated with buyer to increase initial bid to a level that I was satisfied with. Their service and professionalism is excellent.

You contacted me after being given a price for a simlar no year Reg. Plate with another company. Their prices (£500 to £800 plus V.A. T. your offer around £130 no V.A.T.) I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Was quite hesitant to buy, as I would have preferred to buy directly from the gov website but after reading reviews and speak to a member of staff, who was friendly and professional I was comfortable and am happy to have bought with national numbers. Thanks
