When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. I then received my new plates in a few days and all admin was taken care of for me. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend National Numbers to others again.
