Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .

A very smooth and seamless service from National Numbers. The transaction of my new plate was effortless on my side, other than to attach the new supplied plates onto my car and calling my insurance company. I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. They asked for my max bid and took care of the rest. On the day they called and checked if I wanted to go any higher or stick. I won the plate. Very happy and Eric done as he said he would. Now you need to get rid of your Aston Martin and get that GTR!

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Wow there's me thinking it was going to be a drama getting a private plate, HOW WRONG WAS I, it was so easy just found national numbers put in what I wanted it found me a list took me to seconds to find my plate, I paid and 2days later my plates were at my house and a day later the documents turn up with full instructions to how to go about registering plate to my van, but if you struggle there is an option to pay a small fee and they will do it for you!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH ***** 5 STAR COMPANY

I absolutely can not fault National Numbers. They always responded quickly and answered all the questions (and there were many) until I was completely satisfied. Would recommend them to anyone!
