As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. The folks at National Numbers are very friendly and helpful! Everything is sorted for you. Received the plates the next day after the transfer was complete. A previous plate I purchased from a different website took weeks to get sorted but the service with National Numbers was first class!
