I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. I am very pleased with the service, the overall experience was great, I am now the proud owner of my personal plate, however, I paid the extra for the acrylic number plates, which look great, they do everything I asked during the order process, but I am totally unhappy with the end result, I chose L100 PJN to be with my expectations, I got L100P JN , I am clearly going to have to buy replacements. All of that said, I would use this very professional company again
