Great company to deal with, very friendly and professional from first call to end. Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

All very straightforward. I received the retention certificate 14 days after full payment.
