Good service,very informative

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Wonderful service. The DVLA took a long time for the wheels of government to grind away but National Numbers handled everything they possibly could, they even made the plates themselves up for me. They quite correctly reassured me about what appeared at first to be a big mistake by the DVLA saying the plate I had bought could not never be transferred from my ageing but rocket propelled luxurious two ton Supercharged Daimler (like the one which used to be driven personally by the Queen) onto any future replacement.

The man on phone was great no hassle talk me throw it all and got a good deal on 2 plates for my 2 son for there cars .good service

Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. Customer service was exceptional at every stage of my purchase. Well done all. Will definitely use again if I get the chance.

Used National Numbers now on 3 occasions, friendly helpful staff, excellent service from start to finish, easy to deal with, always there to answer any questions, nothing too much trouble, a pleasure to do business with, highly recommend.

Really easy to use. Admin staff are very helpful, they told me I could register my plates online rather than sending off to DVLA, so simple and quick. Plates arrived within a week of ordering them just before Xmas period. Very good service
