i looked at other sites to be honest when looking for my plate , they had the same plate on offer but national numbers were cheaper , it couldnt be more simpler to buy from them , the delivery of the plates was only 2 days I think 3 max , then the paperwork followed . everything was clear and precise, no hidden charges etc etc , I thought national number were great to deal with , I can only rate them with the experience I had with them , and I don't see any reason this would change for any other customer . cheers nn

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB
