Excellent service

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

I was very well looked after by a man called Liam, excellent service, number plates arrived within 2 days as promised and paperwork within 5 days as promised, explained everything and said to phone back if any problems sorting out paperwork - excellent service.

I sold my registration with National Numbers, it all went through with out a hitch and everything was clearly explained, I can't fault the service they provided to me, friendly, easy to contact, no high pressure sales, just good advice, I have no reservations about recommend them, truly 5 out of 5. Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.
