Quick and Excellent Service

After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. They were very helpful in organising my selected plates and kept me updated during the auctions. Great personalised customer service and very trustworthy. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . National numbers were extremely helpful and I had a new plate on my car within 5 days and it was zero effort as they did everything for me .

Genuinely a very easy and quick service to use - I paid the extra for the admin to be completed with DVLA, worth it in my opinion. Took less than a week for me to have bad be able to use my new plates.
