Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. The plates arrived the next day and V750s a couple of days later. I'd have no qualms in using National Numbers again, thank you.

Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! Quick and Excellent Service
This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
Great service kept me well infomed, renegotiated my quote and I received £150 more! Very stright forward process, couldn't recommend more!
