I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.

Very pleased except I had to pay extra for the actual 2 plates which wasn?t on the invoice which I received.apart from that very pleased with my 1st private plate.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
