All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

I was very confused when I posted my documants on Monday only to get to my house and find the number plates there. I realized that I had ordered on Friday. The service is too good words - use this company. Danny Kane, Glasgow

A fantastic service and they do everything for you. It doesn't matter what problem you have or what form you need they know everything that needs to be done. And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process. National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
