I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.
