I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.

I've never had a private plate before and always thought it was a long process - but I was wrong! From buying the plate and putting it on the car it only took a few days, and it was a very easy process. Thank you.
