National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there.
