I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.
