I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
