The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Easy process and quick

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Would recommend to any of my friends. The team were there if I had any questions and the fast service option was worth it as I sent my V5 off on Saturday and it had been changed by Tuesday and had my V5 back Friday morning. Super happy with national numbers ???
