It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. Straight forward no hassle quick and easy. Easy to navigate website found the plate I wanted. Paid online got plates within 2 days sent off vc5 all done by a week.
