4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.

After trying the automated website where the option I wanted wasn't available, phoned directly and they sorted everything in one call, it wasn't a problem and was very easy and simple. Really nice guy on end of phone, not pushy at all,

Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! I was well informed on what was happening with my numberplate and it was all sorted within a few days of purchase! Would highly reccomend this company! Extremely pleased with my purchase

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
