My number plates arrived within 7 days. I contacted national number plates to ask them to help me register my new plates, the lady was very nice she did it for me whilst I was on the telephone. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! I used National Numbers to purchase my new plates because of previous reviews that I had read. I was not disappointed. They are one of the most professional, helpful, and friendly businesses that it has been my pleasure to deal with. They kept me up to date with every step of the process, the only thing I had to do was inform my insurance company when I put the plates on the car.
