Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%. Very smooth process from start to finish.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
