W300 NOT

The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and pain free. I will be buying another car soon and National Numbers will be my first stop for another numberplate.

Fast and good service. DVLA problem with my application was dealt with very quickly at no extra cost by National Numbers ,extremely happy with this company.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

Great service, simple & straight forward although you do feel a little reluctant to send your V5 log book off to strangers but they've been in the business for years.

I had been looking for a suitable number plate at a reasonable price for ages and in looking one day stumbled upon 'national numbers' quiet by accident.....! There it was..! My plate in thier listings,,,year of my birth and my 3 initials at a very reasonable sum....! When i rang to purchase the plate i was very pleasantly surprised by a team of extremely proffesional people who where not only very helpful also knowledgable and reasuring but most importantly in my eyes,,,,very polite....! Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

I've been dealing with Marty. First class service and the whole process has been completed within a week. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future, I will definitely return!
