I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. Lo and behold my new tax disc, new MOT and full instructions were in my in my letter box on Saturday morning. Well done.
