First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.

I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. I have used it twice now for both vehicles and you were excellent both times and so fast, before I knew it the number plates arrived and then I got an email saying the plates can go on the vehicle. National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.
