I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. WOW This was all done amazingly quick. I completed the transaction online, then posted off my V5 received a call a couple of days later saying my V5 was received.
