Very quick and informative service

Had a great experience with Nation numbers, the team were always in constant contact giving me updates on the process. Very happy with the new number plate, would recommened them to anyone.

My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. Very slick quick turnaround

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
