Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
