A fantastic service and they do everything for you. It doesn't matter what problem you have or what form you need they know everything that needs to be done. And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process. Easy smooth transaction, received a very good price for the number I had on my Moped, no problems and both my cheque and the replacement registration were received two days after I was notified that the transfer had gone through. First class and highly recommended .

It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!

This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
