With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous.
