Perfect service and support

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I have dealt with number plates for 30 years and these are by far the best. No scams about lower price offers then selling for higher. I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. National Numbers are by far the best, may they continue with their consistent good service from consistently good knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended as number one plate dealers.
