I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. First class, so pleased with the delivery of my daughters plate. The hole process was so easy start to finish. When the plates arrived I noticed that I had plane txt on them and I had ordered 3D effect, so I called national numbers and explained, before I new it the guys had it sorted and the next day a new set came through the door. It?s cheesy guys but if you want a plate make it a date, with national numbers you won?t be disappointed.
