Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. I sold a plate recently and it was hassle free. The plate was listed for quite some time but I didn't opt for enhanced listing etc so can't complain. I bought the very same plate from them 12 years ago and that was hassle free.
They were very happy to give help and advice over the phone. Bought the number online on a Saturday afternoon, the number plates arrived on Wednesday, and the paperwork arrived on Thursday. Excellent, would happily recommend to anyone.
