I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.

I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star.
