I purchased a private Plate as a birthday present for my wife. Although it took time to get all sorted and had to chase the plates. The experience was 5 ***** National Numbers took care of everything from start to finish. I'd recommend them & when I can will certainly use national numbers for my own private Plate.

Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.

Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
