The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.
