As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
