A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I asked National Numbers to find a specific number plate for me (precise combination of letters and numbers relating to the year my wife and I married and our initials) National Numbers found the plate, got it for me at a reasonable price and handled the transfer smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them as my first choice when buying or selling a plate in future.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. Ordered my new reg on line only took about ten minutes from start to finish, plate arrived within three days, all information was sent to my email and have had updates on the progress.
