Superb quick and easy service cheers

Dealt with Liam for my purchase. Despite me asking a million questions, he persevered and the transaction was great. Debby then dealt with the admin quickly and efficiently.

I purchased my new number plate K20 MUF for my sports car. from Graigplates thru the Net. I didn't have any hassle whats- so- ever. I would certainly use their services again if I needed to. I am highly delighted with the transaction. Thank You.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Very straightforward and quick service

I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Bought and sold from this company and the service was very very good regarding advice and guiding your way through the maze that is the number plate world.
