It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea.
