From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. Certificate took almost 10 working days to arrive rather than the promised 7 working days, hence the four stars.
