Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
